Spring … New Beginnings
Spring is the season of the East, where the sun rises, the day begins and where life and dreams begin.
Specifically, Spring is a yearly season that arrives after the colder months, with new green shoots of plants rising from the soil and small birds chirping as they break from their shells. The tree limbs transform from skeletal sticks into a full and lush green. Animals of all kinds, including the human, poke their heads out of hibernation, literally and emotionally.
The emotions of Spring come with a new sunlight on the face in spite of a cool breeze. A great snapshot of Spring is the joy of wearing shorts with a sweatshirt.
Spring can also be felt within any transition if we can focus in the right way. Whenever the stage is reached where a project’s preparations provide a wonderful vision of what will come to pass, the emotion of Spring is present. When an illness begins to subside, we can experience a joy of returning to regular life. This too, is the emotion of Spring. The emotion of Spring can also be experienced when stepping into a new adventure or commitment, where there are butterflies of apprehension, along with the excitement of laying the first stone.
During the month of March, the community circles and events will be focused on Spring, including the many ways Spring might be explored. You are invited to join us and to help us in exploring these new beginnings and potential.

- What am I ready to give birth to?
- What do I witness now that is coming into this world?
- How can I perceive new beginnings more easily?
- How can I be a better gardener to help beauty grow?
